At the beginning of May Ragnar’s annual camp took place at the countryside of Overijssel. As tradition goes, the weekend started with a cantus on Friday evening, which included many songs and even more beers. This year’s theme was Rockstar and so, on Saturday the Vikings did everything to transform themselves. Many bandana’s, sunglasses, and music instruments were present, showing all kinds of rockstars like Cher, Billie Joe Armstrong, and Elvis Presley. By playing games, the Vikings earned their concert, their music instruments, and learned the tricks of the trade. After a tasty BBQ, the Vikings performed a song and showed they all achieved the level of true rockstar! Of course no one is really surprised about this, because everyone knows real Vikings know how to party and have fun until the early hours.
